Despite a chaotic arrival, the president finally spent 13 hours in the aisles of the Exhibition Center, thanks to a large police force. According to him, clashes between farmers and police officers are the responsibility of Rural Coordination and benefit the RN.

“Who would have said this morning that 12 hours later we would find ourselves here continuing to work?” launches Emmanuel Macron, Saturday February 24, expressing his pride at having managed to spend the day there despite an arrival under high tension. If the president was able to stay for so long in the aisles of the Agricultural Show, it is thanks to a very important and rare police force.

Between the plainclothes agents and the uniformed CRS, 800 members of the police were deployed to form a real security bubble around Emmanuel Macron. By wanting less Europe, this party has a “project of degrowth and stupidity”declares the president who clearly directs the debate on the political level, while affirming that the Agricultural Show is not the place for that.

The presidential remarks annoyed the leaders of the National Rally. Jordan Bardella will not fail to answer it today: the president of the party will walk the aisles of the Salon on Sunday and Monday.
