As Finland has become the 31st member of NATO, images of Russian ballistic missiles wrongly raise suspicions of an imminent Russian deployment.
A video circulating on social networks shows a military convoy carrying 3 nuclear missiles. Several Internet users present them as Russians and claim that the scene took place on the border with Finland after the latter joined NATO. However, several elements make it possible to prove that these images were shot more than 800 kilometers away and that they could correspond to recent military exercises but unrelated to Finnish membership in the Atlantic Alliance.
