after a drunken evening, the big disappointment!

Thanks to his career, Pierre Palmade has had the chance to meet countless public figures. Distinguished in the industry of the 7ᵉ art, he also gave of his person with the “Motherfuckers” for the Food from the heart. Thus, he was able to meet Jean-Jacques Goldman who for a long time was the master of ceremonies for the annual charity concert.

In 2019, Muriel Robin’s sidekick made intriguing revelations about the composer on the airwaves of “Laughter and Songs”. Obviously, Pierre Palmade had the merit of disconcerting him because of a terrible lie. After one “drinking night”, the comedian decides to contact him by phone. “I didn’t know what to do, I didn’t feel like sleeping”, he explained to our colleagues. And to add: “I’m at my piano and I make three notes… […]. ‘Oh great! I have an idea for a musical actor'”.

“He had brought a bottle of wine…”

Inspired, the actor thinks he has composed a song of thunder. : “I take the phone number of Jean-Jacques Goldman […]. I articulate well so as not to get grilled: ‘Hello Jean-Jacques, it would be good to see each other. I have an idea for a musical. And I fall asleep and I sleep”. But after several hours of sleep, Pierre Palmade totally forgets his call… But not the famous musician: “Two days later I had completely forgotten my phone call and I heard: ‘Hello? It’s Jean-Jacques […]. Let’s see, I’m going to come to your house on Monday evening, you’ll tell me this musical comedy story”.

Aware of his blunder, the actor feels that he is at an impasse: “I couldn’t even remember the three notes. And he comes to my house […]. He had brought a bottle of wine […]. And suddenly, he says to me: ‘So, this musical? At worst, Pierre Palmade ends up revealing everything to him: “I turned to him and said ‘Excuse me, I was drunk. It was a phone call that I don’t even remember.’ A clumsiness that Jean-Jacques Goldman has never forgotten. “One day he changed his phone number… And he didn’t give me his new one”, thus concluded Pierre Palmade who to this day – sadly – makes the A tabloids!
