Cameroonians end the 2022 African Cup of Nations with a smile! Forty-Eight hours after their defeat on penalties against the Pharaohs in the semi-finals, the Cameroonians won against Burkina Faso (3-3, 5-3 on pens) to climb on the podium.
The hosts of the tournament however started the match very badly, with three goals behind after 50 minutes of play. But thanks to a double from Vincent Aboubakar and a goal from Stéphane Bahoken, the Cameroonians snatched a penalty shootout. And this time, the Indomitable Lions got the better of their opponents.
