Afghanistan is facing a very difficult economic situation, in particular because of the freezing of the country’s assets so that they do not fall into the hands of the Taliban.

Afghanistan is one of the poorest countries in the world and now depends on international aid. According to NGOs, this humanitarian crisis could claim the lives of a million Afghan children this winter.
