Side flavor on Sunday welcomes a guest who necessarily has something to do with cooking, chef, craftsman, producer and a small challenge to take up, remember a significant year in his life, personal or professional. A choice that allows us to go back in time, to remember some events that marked that year.
Adrian Bled took over the succession of Liliane, her mother, the Ferme des Vallées in Fréchencourt. On his land in Picardy, he grows vegetables, a job he loves passionately. But in 2015 a very bad fall will leave him some scars.

But the job of market gardener is very physical, you have to carry a lot, bend down… in short, the pain, we understand, is omnipresent
So Adrien and his wife Angélique will, on the occasion of the retirement of Angélique’s parents, decide to leave part of Fréchencourt to take over the Normandy farm where dairy cows are raised there. Adrien knows that his team at Fréchencourt has a good command of the crops, he can trust them. He will come there very regularly and customers will be able to continue to stock up as usual.

January 14 the opening of the Philharmonie de Paris. The architect is Jean Nouvel
April 10 : inauguration of the cave of Pont-d’Arc, a replica of the Grotte Chauvet, in the Ardèche.
In July it’s the release of the film The Little Prince, an animated film based on the work of St Exupéry
