After only one season, TF1 viewers all became attached to the bubbly Yanis Marshall last year. And for good reason, the dance teacher with an overflowing good humor has won over the fans of the star Academy
… But against all expectations, the talented choreographer unfortunately did not continue the adventure for the 2023 season.
This year, it is in fact Malika Benjelloun who is providing the dance classes… A replacement that Yanis Marshall wanted to justify to the Parisian a few months ago already.
Thus, the 34-year-old man said that he had increased anxiety attacks during his few weeks at the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys. Anxiety attacks that the latter tried to circumvent by increasing his alcohol consumption.
The professional dancer notably confided having participated in the third bonus of the star Academy with “a hangover” while everything would have accelerated following his participation in the NRJ Music Award 2022. A ceremony during which he presented a prize.
“When I got off stage, I downed a bottle of champagne, and I collapsed in tears,”he revealed. And to add:“I had the biggest anxiety attack of my life. The pressure, the pace, the crowds, the social networks… I broke down.”
