Actor Samy Naceri was the victim of an attempted burglary at his home in Vincennes, in Val-de-Marne, on the night of Sunday January 7 to Monday January 8, franceinfo learned from a source close to the matter. According to the first elements of the investigation, a next-door neighbor of the actor heard a noise around 1 a.m. and alerted the police.
According to information from franceinfo, a camera filmed four people in the building hidden by hoods who tried to force Samy Naceri’s front door with a crowbar. The police noticed several marks on the door.
The actor is not in France
The burglars remained for around ten minutes in front of the actor’s home before leaving, having failed to force the door. They left before the police arrived. From a source close to the matter, the actor is currently abroad.
The Vincennes police station is in charge of the investigation, opened for attempted break-in. 4 people are suspected, but none have yet been arrested, the Créteil prosecutor’s office tells franceinfo.
