Accused of rape, Prince Andrew finally released by Elizabeth II: enough is enough!

After a particularly complicated year 2021, Queen Elizabeth II has recovered. She who lost her husband, Prince Philip, a few months ago, sees many scandals in her family. Indeed, after the outrageous statements of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, it is now her favorite son, Andrew, who is being prosecuted for rape in an American court.

The queen will not foot the bill!

And concerning the latter, she was formal: she will not bear the fees of the lawyers he hired to respond to the accusations of sexual abuse made by Virginia Giuffre, one of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex slaves, against him.

For months, the prince tried to slip through the cracks, by not following up on the summons from New York. But recently, the conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell has completely changed the situation in this case.

With his lawyers, even if he has always denied the facts of which he is accused, Prince Andrew now plans to settle the trial out of court. If he were to submit to the judge, everything will be done to avoid a trial that could have a negative effect on the royal family. He could therefore make a settlement with the victim, and to do so, need money.

His family chalet for sale

A source told the Daily Mail: “He takes care of all the costs himself, so he has to raise funds quickly to pay the bills which are increasing day by day.“. He would therefore try to get rid of his family chalet in Verbier, Switzerland, valued at 17 million pounds (20 million euros). This is where this Christmas, his ex Sarah Ferguson, his daughters Beatrice and Eugenie, along with their husbands, spent a few days during the holidays, and the news of the sale may not please everyone.
