We are on the Ardèche mountain plateau, just over 1,000 meters above sea level. The first mushrooms appeared after the thunderstorms at the end of August. In Saint-Cirgues-en-Montagne (Ardèche), the collectors follow one another, at Patrice Ceyte. He is a mushroom collector. He buys the porcini mushrooms, then resells them to wholesalers or restaurants. Ceps in abundance, after the dry and very hot summer, it was almost unexpected.
