Claude Legault will return to About Anthonya series produced by Podz.

This 10-episode comedy-drama for Club illico will tell the story of Julie (Cathleen Rouleau), a woman who, when she begins a romantic relationship with Marc (Claude Legault), becomes the stepmother of two children, including Antoine (Antoine Parent-Bédard), a young man with multiple disabilities (autistic, intellectually impaired, non-verbal and epileptic). Fanny Malette, Sylvain Marcel, Micheline Bernard, Hughes Frenette, Edouard-B. Larocque, Iannicko N’Doua and Christopher Marlot complete the cast.
Cathleen Rouleau signs the texts ofAbout Anthony, a semi-autobiographical fiction, since she effectively became Antoine Parent-Bédard’s mother-in-law when she started dating Sylvain Parent-Bédard, the founding president of ComediHa! Cathleen and Antoine will play their own roles on screen.
Produced by ComediHa! in collaboration with Quebecor Content, the series About Anthony will see the light of day in 2023.
This is the first major project in which Claude Legault has participated since he announced, in 2021, that he was on sick leave for burnout. During this forced break, the actor notably gave up his character in Cerebrum to Francois Papineau.
Claude Legault finds the way to the sets with Podz, a director he knows well. The duo notably shot the films The Seven Days of Retaliation and 10 1/2in addition to series midnight, evening and 19-2.
