The SQ’s Personal Crimes Investigations Department broadcast images captured by surveillance cameras from two financial institutions on September 27, between 3:30 p.m. and 4:15 p.m., on the main street in Saint-Cyrille- de-Wendover as well as on rue Girouard in Drummondville.

The individual in the photos released by the SQ wore a black cap with the inscription “DODGE JEEP”, a dark blue sweater with the inscription “RADICAL” written in red on the right arm and cargo style pants with camouflage patterns. . He was traveling in a gray or beige GMC pickup truck.

Serge Boutin was last seen on July 7 on Fréchette Street, in Val-des-Sources, in the Eastern Townships.

Everything indicates that he was forcibly taken by two individuals and embarked in a gray Jeep Liberty, according to information transmitted by the SQ on July 31.

The man from Val-des-Sources could be kidnapped in the opinion of the police who could not advance the reasons that could explain this kidnapping.
