a zero waste drive declares war on packaging.

Four hundred references are available: you order online and collect your ready-made order. The difference with a classic drive is that there is no packaging. The products are delivered to you in reusable containers, glass jars in particular. A drive opened by Claire Di Cola who did not hesitate to invest 60,000 euros in this zero waste adventure.

Here, no plastic film, packaging or overwrapping, the products are delivered to you in bulk, in organic cotton bags or in jars of different sizes, even cheese … These returnable containers, you just need to bring them back, explains Claire Di Cola: ” You bring back the cleaned, unlabeled container, and you have ten cents credited to your online fundraiser. Once I have recovered the container, I clean it again, I sterilize it to put it back in the circuit. We provide the containers, it is much less restrictive for customers. “

Enough to reduce your trash and do something for the environment. Isabelle has become a loyal customer: ” I order a lot of fruit, hygiene or cleaning products. I took some dairy products, sweet products. At first, I thought it was going to be a bit complicated, but we get started very easily. Of course, it takes a little more space in the fridge, but that’s okay, let’s get organized! ”

Getting started is a bit difficult. It is quite innovative. The easiest is to start with hygiene products advises Claire Di Cola: ” Replacing your shampoo or shower gel with a solid shampoo or soap is within everyone’s reach. Today, there are very good products for the bathroom and we reduce waste quickly and effortlessly. Gradually, we can also reduce the packaging of the kitchen. I opened this drive because I wanted to work for the environment. I have been doing this at home for eight years. I got into it because I couldn’t stand seeing the papers, the plastics, which litter our sidewalks, our countryside or the sea. ”
