A 16-year-old boy was kidnapped from his home in Parentis-en-Born (Landes) on the night of Saturday to Sunday, before being transported in the trunk of a car and beaten up in a forest in Sore, reports France Bleu Gascogne on Tuesday August 23. The young man was found by gendarmes, naked and with a swollen body, on a road at the edge of the forest on Sunday morning. He was hospitalized in Mont-de-Marsan.
Five suspects, aged 17 to 26, were arrested and taken into custody. They recognized “the majority of the facts” which they are accused of, said the parquet floor of Mont-de-Marsan to France Bleu Gascogne. Two of them, adults, will be judged in immediate appearance this Friday. The other three, minors, were placed under judicial control.
According to the first elements of the investigation, the victim had had an altercation with one of the major suspects a few days earlier, about a drug debt.
