A year after the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, many gray areas remain. If her husband, Cédric, was imprisoned, he continues to proclaim his innocence, and the body of the young woman remains untraceable.

A white march was organized Sunday, December 19 in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn) for Delphine Jubillar, in order to demand justice and truth. 200 to 300 people gathered, and walked the paths that the young woman liked to travel. “We have hatred. Hate because it’s been a year”, confides his cousin. In the middle of the afternoon, the march dispersed in front of the house where the nurse lived, with her husband Cédric, who had become the number one suspect.

It is here that she was seen alive for the last time, on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. Cédric Jubillar had reported her disappearance during the night. His version has never changed since. His wife is said to have gone out to walk the dogs, and has not returned. Month after month, however, inconsistencies have accumulated in the story. The gendarmes are convinced that Delphine Jubillar was killed, but her body has never been found. “We are in front of a question mark, and starting on a question mark is not easy at all. We always have a delay in these cases”, comments Jean-Marc Bloch, former director of the judicial police of Versailles (Yvelines). The latest twist comes from Seysses prison, where Cédric Jubillar is being held in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne). The latter allegedly gave directions to a fellow detainee on the location of the body.
