A young woman in her thirties was the victim of several gunshots last night at her home in Gratentour, north of Toulouse. The facts allegedly took place around 3 a.m. It was the victim’s companion, also in his thirties, who alerted the gendarmes during the night, telling them that he had shot his companion. She would have received several bullets before dying from her injuries.
A homicide investigation is opened by the Toulouse prosecutor’s office, entrusted to the Toulouse Saint-Michel research brigade. Gendarmerie criminal identification technicians went to the scene during the night to take readings at the victim’s home. Her companion was waiting for the gendarmes near the apartment.
