A woman files a rape complaint against youtuber “TheKairi78”

Jaoued Daouki, youtuber with four million subscribers known under the pseudonym “TheKairi78”, has been the subject of a rape complaint since Monday July 3, franceinfo learned from a source familiar with the matter, confirming information from the Parisian. “The complainant denounces a rape committed at her home after being accompanied”declares for its part the parquet floor of Paris.

In this complaint, described by a source familiar with the case, the victim recounts having gone to a party on Saturday July 1 at the Peninsula palace, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. She then finds Jaoued Daouki there. She thinks he put a drug in her drink because she then woke up at home around 3 a.m. on Sunday July 2. According to her story, Jaoued Daouki was raping her. She then asked him to stop, then walked him home.

The youtuber denies the facts

A few hours later, in the afternoon of Sunday July 2, she went to Saint-Joseph hospital in Paris to report the facts. She then filed a complaint with the police station in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. The 1st district of the Paris judicial police is seized of the investigation, supervised by the Paris prosecutor’s office.

In a video posted Monday July 3 on the Twitch platform, Jaoued Daouki denies having put drugs in the complainant’s drink and speaks of a consented report.
