A week ago, a 12-year-old Jewish girl was brutally raped in an abandoned hangar in Courbevoie. The three alleged attackers are between 12 and 13 years old. Several demonstrations of support were organized.

Almost a week after the anti-Semitic rape of a 12-year-old girl, a new gathering was held in Courbevoie (Hauts-de-Seine) at the initiative of the mayor, Jacques Kossowski. “This gathering was made only for this young girl and her family. A 12-year-old girl who was raped because she was Jewish. And that is unacceptable.”did he declare.
Faced with the excitement caused by the affair, several demonstrations were held in France, such as in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes). “I am not Jewish, but I believe that in situations like these, whoever the child is, whatever their religion, it is important to provide a testimony of friendship“, confides a participant. Two 13-year-old boys are indicted and imprisoned for gang rape, death threats, insults and violence of an anti-Semitic nature. A third, aged 12, placed under the status of assisted witness, is indicted for the other offenses.
