A vehicle crashed into the rear of the trailer with a heavy spot on Highway 13 near Samson Boulevard on Saturday afternoon in Laval.

Around 4:15 p.m., the emergency services were called to the scene, where a gray vehicle had just hit the back of a truck.
“Under the force of the impact, the vehicle found itself caught under the trailer,” detailed Nicolas Scholtus Champagne, spokesman for the Sûreté du Québec (SQ).
The two individuals, who were in the vehicle, nevertheless managed to get out of the “heavily damaged” car, said the spokesperson.
A 19-year-old man was transported to a hospital and there is no fear for his life.
It is not yet known what may have caused the accident, but the driver was probably not impaired, according to initial information.
The event caused heavy congestion on the highway.
