In Italy, the vaccination pass has been required for a week at the entrance to hotels, restaurants, cinemas or stadiums… Result : requests for vaccination are exploding. Centers have therefore opened 24 hours a day to meet demand.

In Milan (Italy), there are up to three hours of waiting in the cold past midnight to get vaccinated. In Italy, registration deadlines are close to one month through the official system. So vaccinations without prior registration are exploding. “I had already booked for a third dose, but only in two weeks so I wanted to anticipate a few weeks by coming here”, says an Italian.

The vaccination obligation explains this enthusiasm. In total, more than 1,000 doses were administered overnight. This success exceeded expectations. Some even traveled about fifty kilometers to be able to benefit from the night vaccination. First-time vaccinators also came to take advantage of the operation, in the center which is open 24 hours a day. This will be continued as long as demand remains as strong.
