Gard firefighters intervened this Friday around 7:30 p.m. in Saint-Christol-les-Alès for a traffic accident between two cars, avenue de Campello. Despite a major commitment from the emergency services of Alès and Lédignan, a 2-year-old child died. A 17-year-old boy was also seriously injured. A psychological support unit has been set up by the SAMU.
An investigation is underway.
