The public prosecutor is asking that they be tried for rape, gang rape, trafficking in human beings in an organized gang or even for aggravated pimping.
The Paris prosecutor’s office requested, on Monday July 17, a trial for 17 men, suspected in particular of multiple rapes in the context of the filming of pornographic videos for the “French Bukkake” platform.
According to the final indictment of which AFP has knowledge, the public prosecutor requests that these men – including the leader of the platform, his partner, a recruiter of actresses, actors … – be tried before the criminal court department of Paris, for rape, gang rape, trafficking in human beings in an organized gang or for aggravated pimping. It is now up to the two investigating judges in charge of the investigations to decide whether or not to hold a trial.

An eighteenth man, son of the leader of French Bukkake, is implicated for laundering concealed work. The prosecution requested that he appear before the Paris Criminal Court.
Contacted by AFP, Antoine Ory and Mourad Battikh, who are defending a producer and actor accused of gang rape, castigated “an indictment without any surprises, consistent with the bias of this instruction”. Dylan Slama, lawyer for another actor, assured that his client was awaiting his possible trial for “explain oneself fully”.

The judicial investigation, opened in October 2020, revealed the violent cynicism of an industry in the grip of “to tough competition to discover new actresses” and gain more Internet spectators, believes the prosecutor in her indictment.

The majority of complainants mentioned the presence of alcohol and narcotics during filming. The latter described to the investigating judges “a state of bewilderment”discovering “on the spot” the number of male partners and the sexual acts to be performed, which “were linked (…) by surprise, without them being able to apprehend them and therefore to consent to them”denounces the public prosecutor.

Their statements are corroborated “through their psychological expertise, the exploitation of film rushes, the interception of telephone conversations”underlines the parquet floor. “We were tortured”assured AFP one of the complainants. “I need today to live again, that the barbarity, the sexist and racist hatred of which I have been the victim, be recognized and punished.”
