Alexandre Jacquet has designed a mobile optical store, to travel to areas where there is no optician less than 30 minutes away by car. A way to fight against the renunciation of care.
A motorhome criss-crosses the isolated villages of Corrèze. On board, Alexandre Jacquet, optician from Mauriac, leaves his store in Cantal for the village square of Saint-Privat (Corrèze) where 1,000 inhabitants live. Here, not a single optical store within 30 minutes. Inside, his motorhome is a real kit store to assemble, disassemble and then reassemble. A lot of effort in the service of another vision of the profession. “The passion for the profession”, comments the optician.
