A traveling cheese maker, the Gourmet cheese dairy

“La Fromagerie du Gourmet” mother and daughter version is present on nine markets of the department (the list below). Florence offers more than a hundred more or less refined cheeses to suit everyone’s taste. This is why it has a large number of regulars.

At home, you can find many cheeses from the department that come from Conflent, Vallespir and Aude (Corbières). Goat, cow, sheep or even mixtures for a few tommes. Florence gets her supplies directly from the producers she chooses with care. But don’t ask her their names, she jealously guards the secret because the competition is fierce.

For AOP cheeses, roquefort, neufchâtel, camembert, etc., it is obviously outside the P.-O. she orders, but be careful, again directly from the producers. Ah and its farm butter comes from a small Charente producer.
