The sum was paid from the account of his company. The complainant specifies in his complaint, which franceinfo was able to consult, to have requested accounting documents which were not provided to him. From then on, according to him, relations deteriorated to the point of being interrupted: the trader explains that he has had no news since April 4.

The plaintiff also reports having received on Saturday, April 2, an anonymous threatening telephone call. “The too curious should refrain, rummaging in others is not good. We can also move”says a man in a recording that franceinfo was able to listen to.

“To the knowledge of the Valence public prosecutor’s office, the first elements collected do not reveal any other complaint lodged against the person in question. An investigation is opened under the qualification of scam and additional investigations are continuing.indicates Céline Nainani, acting prosecutor of the judicial court of Valence.
