On Sunday, PAUSE is challenging Quebec families to disconnect from virtual entertainment for 24 hours. In 2021, a survey conducted as part of this initiative whose mission is to promote a balanced use of screens revealed that 76% of parents wanted to reduce the time they spend online. Why not start with a zero tech day this weekend? By registering on the PAUSE website, participants have the chance to win a grand prize of $2,500 for a family vacation or a gift card for offline activities.
