Niderwind was born from this journey, from this assembly of knowledge, from this beautiful maturation. It is the perfect synthesis of the expertise of an atypical oenologist who is blowing a new wind on the wines of Alsace!
Niderwind* was born in 2020 from my mad desire to offer a different vision of Alsace wine, off the beaten track. I made the choice to unite the differences of the emblematic Alsatian grape varieties to create complete and complex wines. My ambition is to make great blended wines, dry and from organic, local and quality viticulture.
In Alsatian, the Niderwind or Niederwind is a north wind that blows over Strasbourg.
