Chrystelle Rineau realizes it on a small scale since it is her second self-employed activity. It is also present on the Carreau des Halles on the 2nd Saturday of the month. Its paste is marketed in grocery stores such as La Part du Colibri in Mont de Marsan, at Sam Market in Pau rue Montpensier, as well as at the Cueillette de l’Aragnon in Montardon.
