To let go and relax, a sophrologist organizes hikes on the Cap Gris-Nez trail, located on the coast of the Côte d’Opale. A real parenthesis of well-being.
For any holidaymaker on the Côte d’Opale (Pas-de-Calais and Nord), it’s a rite of passage: the unmissable Cap Gris-Nez hiking trail. It is one of the jewels of the region. Facing the sea, walkers are preparing to live a special experience with a sophro rando. On the program, two hours of walking punctuated by sophrology exercises.
Florence Pécrials has been organizing these hikes for five years. This sophrologist and walking enthusiast saw evidence in the association of these two practices. “Of course walking in itself already feels good. It’s a bit as if everything were increased tenfold. For me, these are the benefits of nature and sophro. Everything comes together and it’s only happiness”, she believes. All in a spectacular landscape: a pastel sea, sand, pebbles and wild gray cliffs. The course ends with ten minutes of seated meditation.
