No less than 750 centimeters of snow have been received in the Massif du Sud this season – a record! —, announced the ski center on the eve of the long Easter weekend, exceeding its annual average by almost 50 cm.
Spring skiing has not said its last word in Chaudière-Appalaches, while about fifteen centimeters are expected at the end of the week, thanks to the “microclimate” attributable to the altitude and the geographical location of the mountain.
The Massif du Sud has seen a 13% increase in daily visitors this season.
