A skier is very seriously injured after being knocked down by a snow groomer who was starting to prepare the slopes in La Clusaz this Saturday January 15 after 6 p.m. on the Etale slope at the arrival of the telemix. At the time of this accident, the slopes were closed and he was coming down with a group of friends. According to the police his vital prognosis is engaged this Saturday night. He was taken care of by the slope services, the station doctor, but also by the firefighters. The gendarmes transported him to the hospital by helicopter. Mayor Didier Thévenet also praises the very good coordination of the various emergency services. An investigation is open to clarify the circumstances of this accident.
