A sixty-year-old, living in Guéret (Creuse), was indicted for rape and remanded in custody on Monday, October 25. He is suspected of having forced three women including his partner to sex acts, reports France Bleu Creuse.
It is a friend of the companion of the sixty-year-old, aged forty, who warned the police on Thursday. This friend then spoke of a marital dispute and beatings. When the police went to the home of the individual, they discovered the partner marked by beatings and naked.
During her hearing, the victim explained that she suffered violence from her companion. She also spoke of rape for several months. During the investigation, two other women were interviewed and they too accused this man of having raped them at his home, after having made them ingest substances.
The three women, in their forties, lodged a complaint. The 60-year-old denies having committed sexual violence. He only recognizes blows on his companion. He was already known to justice.
