A silver Manchois at the European Para-Rowing Championships

The pious, Jérôme Hamelin, and his teammates from the French para-rowing team returned from Munich with a fine silver medal in their pocket for the coxed four-man boat. They took 2nd place in the race won by Great Britain on Sunday. It is a new international reward for the one who today defends the colors of the Savoyard club of Aix-les-Bains where he settled a few years ago.

Jérôme Hamelin suffers from retinal degeneration which leads to complete blindness. This does not prevent him from indulging successfully in his passion.
