Monday, June 27, a Russian missile hit the shopping center of Kremenchuk (Ukraine). The balance sheet is at least 10 dead and 20 injured hospitalized.

A Russian missile hit the Kremenchuk shopping center in central Ukraine head-on on Monday (June 27th). The toll is already heavy with at least 10 dead and 20 injured hospitalized. According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, more than 1,000 people were inside the center at the time of the bombardment. Once the shock passed, many of them tried to help the various civilians still alive, stuck in the mall. For the moment, the Ukrainian authorities do not know why Kremenchuk was targeted.

The explosion shocked as much as it surprised the residents of Kremenchuk. “I fell with my son in my arms, the explosion was so strong”, explains a woman. Some heard two explosions, as described by a resident. “I heard a first explosion, then a second and there was a big black smoke.” Monday evening, June 27, Ukrainian firefighters and emergency workers were busy finding victims who were still alive.
