Get adults to talk
“This campaign will certainly awaken certain consciences. A lot of children talk, but you know, it’s very difficult to talk. We are talking about the protective adult, the person who will help the child to speak. I think that’it is important that an adult speaks and helps this child”specifies Isabelle Debré, president of the “L’Enfant bleu” association.
