Since the first day, the relatives of Delphine Jubillar, born Aussaguel, have been working to find a trace of the young woman, who disappeared suddenly on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. A group has also set up a Facebook page “Support for the families of Delphine Aussaguel”, which brings together the initiatives made to advance the investigation and honors the memory of the one who was particularly loved by all those around her. Sometimes anger overwhelms the hosts of the page, especially towards the husband suspected of murder, Cédric Jubillar, but also his lawyers.
The 34-year-old craftsman has been defended by a trio of lawyers since he was in police custody and then imprisoned in pre-trial detention for spousal homicide in June 2021. Indeed, justice estimates that there is enough evidence to keep him locked up while the investigation progresses. To bring his voice to justice, the man can therefore count on Emmanuelle Franck, Jean-Baptiste Alary and Alexandre Martin. A trio that Delphine’s relatives pointed out in a June 29 publication that protested the shocking sentences that the alleged culprit said about his wife like “I’m going to kill her, bury her, and no one will find her.“Words he held when his couple was floundering and headed for a divorce. Put back on the table, they are overwhelming according to the family and friends of the mother of Louis and Elyah.
But the straw that broke the camel’s back are the words of the lawyers who complain about the treatment reserved for their client. “Who are we laughing at ? insists Me Alary in front of La Dépêche, after the hearing. They want us to believe that Cédric Jubillar turned off his phone at 10:08 p.m. because he knew he was going to kill his wife? He’s not even prosecuted for murder! The accusation is once again incoherent.”
One of the hosts of the page in support of Delphine therefore wrote in reaction on June 28: “But who are we kidding? But who are we kidding? Maître Alary who dares to say this sentence straight in our eyes!! Always a lack of respect and a great contempt towards the investigators, which over the months, becomes inadmissible!!! No empathy for the VICTIM DELPHINE and even less for the children.” The next day, the author of the post added in a comment: “Justice is too kind to his 3 lawyers!!! They are mocking, disrespectful!!! They have no empathy for Delphine, and her love babies. Just a shame!! Everyone has the right to be represented by a lawyer, but who are we kidding?? You are not in a play!! Nobody adheres to your words, filled with venom!!“
Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
