A macabre scene took place at the gendarmerie of Fréjus (Var) this Friday at the end of the morning. A man presented himself to the gendarmes, claiming to have killed an individual. In his bag, the soldiers did find a severed head and a penis, as Var Matin reveals.
Based on the suspect’s information, the investigators would also have quickly found the body of the victim, in an apartment in the Villeneuve district in Fréjus.
The man who surrendered is said to be in his thirties and already known to the police. He was immediately taken into police custody.
