The fire broke out on the second floor of a building in Sceaux, in Hauts-de-Seine. Called around 7 p.m. this Saturday, the firefighters evacuated the scene. It was at this time that they discovered a man, caulked in the apartment where the fire started. Seriously injured, he was taken to hospital.
