A series of relaxations of health measures in force from Monday

A new phase of deconfinement will be reached in Quebec as work in hybrid mode gradually returns. In addition, wearing a mask will no longer be compulsory at work.

Also, no more capacity limits for restaurants, which will now be able to welcome customers until 1 a.m. Performance halls with 10,000 seats or less will be able to operate at 100%, while the 50% rule will remain in effect for halls with more than 10,000 seats.

However, the presentation of the vaccination passport remains compulsory in bars, restaurants, performance halls and cinemas.

Resumption of competitions

In terms of sports, both municipal and school, and extracurricular activities, we will see a resumption of competitions and tournaments. Wearing a mask will however be required for people aged 13 and over.

Seniors living in CHSLDs and RIs will be able to benefit from the same regulations as in RPAs, i.e. a maximum of 10 residents per table in the dining rooms and a suggested limit of 10 visitors.
