This Saturday, November 13, 2021, TF1 broadcast the third and last program to celebrate the 20 years of Star Academy. This time it was the candidates of seasons 3 and 4 who were honored and we were able to attend a beautiful tribute to Grégory Lemarchal and the reunion between Élodie Frégé and Michal.
The kickoff of season 4 of Star Academy was given on September 2, 2004. That day, 18 candidates took place in the famous castle of Dammarie-les-Lys “namely Karima Charni, Sofiane Tadjine, Grégory Lemarchal, Hoda, Matthieu Johann, Sandy, Lucie Bernardoni … or even Harlem! This 26-year-old rapper who is actually named Fabien Parmentier had marked the spirits thanks to his hip-hop and Rnb style and was able to stay in the race in the adventure for two months.
When he left the show, the young man had tried to break into the music industry but his first album was unfortunately not successful. In February 2013, eleven years after the Star Academy Harlem had returned on its course in front of the cameras of the show “Private access”. The opportunity for him to reveal that he had become homeless and that he lives in his car, in a service station parking lot: “Frankly, we are fine here. There is no one to bother us. Well then, it’s a bit hard as a way of life. But anyway, it’s the street. Rap is the street at the base“he explained.
Fortunately, Fabien Parmentier had managed to find accommodation after the broadcast of this report in which he admitted to having put all his savings to invest in his record, which had led him to become homeless. Rather discreet, he was not present on the set of 20 years of Star Academy.
