La Nuit de la lecture returns on Saturday throughout Quebec.
Several writers will lead free activities in bookstores, libraries and other partner cultural venues.
There will be storytimes for children as well as poetic performances, readings and meetings for all ages.
About fifty others will follow one another live during 45-minute sessions on the Zoom platform, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., to read their texts and discuss with the spectators.
This fifth edition is coordinated by the Union of Quebec Writers and Writers (UNEQ) and the Reading for Success Foundation.
