The movement of Parisian supporters to Lombardy was not a smooth ride. After the Parisian was “seriously injured” with a knife on Tuesday, November 7, the day of the match, another fan of the club was banned from the stadium for two years by the Milan prefecture, the authority announced on Wednesday, November 8, the day after of PSG’s defeat at San Siro (1-2) against AC Milan.

The prefect of the Lombard capital “issued a two-year stadium ban on a 26-year-old French supporter, who (…) during police checks for access to the stadium was found in possession of a cutter with a blade tapered with a length of 22 cm hidden in his backpack”the Milan prefecture said in a press release.

Furthermore, still according to the prefecture, the French supporters, when they found themselves facing the police filtering spectators, “abandoned bats before being controlled“.

Questioned by AFP about the state of health of the supporter injured the day before, the Lombard prefecture was unable to provide information.
