This teacher filed a complaint on Monday after receiving death threats on her phone.

A teacher from La Seyne-sur-Mer, in the Var, received death threats on her phone, France Bleu Provence learned on Tuesday February 27 from the public prosecutor’s office and the rectorate, confirming information from Le Figaro. This professor at Henri-Wallon college filed a complaint Monday morning. An investigation into “death threats against a teacher” has been opened, specifies the public prosecutor of Toulon, Samuel Finielz.
The professor told police that a man left a voice message on her cell phone last weekend. In this message, he threatened to “cut”of the’“slaughter” and some “kill” and specified that he had been excluded from college because of her. The teacher suspects a former student, effectively excluded from the establishment because he had already threatened to “kill the teachers” and of “set on fire” to college.
An investigation and a report
Investigators are continuing their investigations to identify the origin of the message. At this time, there is nothing to establish a direct link between this student and the owner of the telephone line from which the message was sent. The principal of the college, for his part, made a report in accordance with article 40 of the code of criminal procedure.
