For the first time in the Oise, a pride march or gaypride is organized this Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Compiègne from 2 p.m.. The participants are called to meet at the castle, General de Gaulle Squarebefore the procession rushes into the city center.

This LGBTQIA+ gathering aims to gather and represent lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex and asexual people but more generally an event open to all.

“everyone is welcome“, insists Charlotte, member of the Compiègne pride march collective, which organizes the march with the help of the Clin d’œil LGBTQI + association and the Amnesty International organization.

“It’s a family event with color, joy and love where everyone respects each other and where everyone can be who they are.“, she explains.

“We no longer want to have to go to the big metropolis next door, we want to be able to celebrate who we are at home“, she explains.
