A Fly Amelia company plane from Rodez (Aveyron) left the runway at Orly airport (Ile-de-France), shortly after 7.30 p.m., Thursday October 20, told franceinfo the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC), confirming information from RTL. According to our information, this runway excursion is linked to bad weather conditions.

Three crew members and 39 passengers were inside the aircraft. No injuries were recorded. Caroline Cayeux, delegate in charge of local authorities, was on site when the plane left the runway, and posted a photo of the evacuation of the passengers on her social networks, thanking “firefighters” and the “Teams at Orly airport for their professionalism”.
