A plane from the Quebec airline OWG made an emergency landing Thursday in Jacksonville, Florida.

“We had an indication [d’un problème technique] and we followed the procedures”, indicated to The Press the president of OWG, Marco Prud’homme.
The plane, of a hundred passengers, which made a flight Montreal – Cuba was diverted towards the airport of Jacksonville.
“A replacement plane has come to pick up the passengers and they are already on their way to Cuba,” said Mr. Prud’homme.
The new plane landed in the city of Holguin, eastern Cuba, shortly after 9 p.m.
OWG is a Quebec airline that has been operating since 2020 and a division of Nolinor Aviation.
