A person is said to be in critical condition after being shot Tuesday afternoon in a parking lot in Brossard.

The individual was reportedly hit while he was in a vehicle in a commercial parking lot on boulevard de Rome in Brossard around 3:55 p.m. Tuesday.
The victim was rushed to a hospital. We fear for his life, said Mélanie Mercier, spokesperson for the Longueuil agglomeration police department (SPAL).
