The 58-year-old presenter unveiled that Alain Maneval had died. The 69-year-old man was a radio and TV host who began his career in the 1970s. He was also program director for the Franco-German television channel Arte. And during his career, he crossed paths with Laurence Boccolini. Both have in fact worked together on Europe 1a radio station for which he started working in 1978 to host PO-GO, a punk music show. But he had been fired and banned from airing for three years, following a rant against a station announcer.
It was therefore only in 1981 that he found the Europe 1 team. Six years later, Laurence Boccolini arrived (until 1992) and had the honor of working with Alain Maneval . A man she carried in her heart, the proof is with the tribute she wanted to pay him this Thursday. To do this, she shared a black and white photo on which we can discover the presenter of Everyone wants to take its place (France 2) on the right, headphones over her ears, wearing a flowery blouse, her gaze turned upwards. At his side is the late animator, in the middle of an interview, it seems, with a great artist: Jean-Jacques Goldman.
