The National Front, which became the National Rally, is accused of having been a “drive belt” of Russian power in the report of the commission of inquiry into foreign interference, consulted by franceinfo on Thursday June 1, and unveiled by RMC and Mediapart.
The report, written by Renaissance MP Constance Le Grip, leaked on Thursday. He insists on “alignment” of the FN on the “Russian speech” at time “illegal annexation” Crimea in 2014, months after negotiating a loan from a Czech-Russian bank. “Maintaining, as Marine Le Pen did, that the inhabitants of the Crimea voted ‘freely’ their attachment to Russia is (…) to say the least not very verified. Marine Le Pen’s reaction
Marine Le Pen felt that this report was “dishonest and utterly politicized”. “There is nothing, in fact”she assured, denouncing “a political trial” during a press conference in Pas-de-Calais, relayed by AFP.
