The director of an accommodation facility for dependent elderly people (Ehpad) in La Chapelle-la-Reine, in Seine-et-Marne, has been placed under judicial supervision for using a fake health pass, our colleagues learned Franceinfo this Thursday with the gendarmerie.
The person in charge of the nursing home had been using, since the end of October according to the gendarmerie of La Chapelle-la-Reine assisted by the investigators of the research brigade of Fontainebleau, a false health pass acquired through an acquaintance. She was arrested, along with a member of her entourage, at her home on December 21. Two fake health passes were then discovered. They were both taken into custody.
Placed under judicial control, the director is subject to a ban on exercising a medical profession or any other profession in connection with a vaccination obligation. She is also prohibited from appearing in the establishment where she works, from coming into contact with any person in this establishment and from reporting monthly to the La Chapelle-la-Reine gendarmerie.
The person in charge of the nursing home and the member of her entourage are summoned to court on May 23, 2022.
